BiLAP® INSULATED ROOF ROCKWOOL PANEL

BiLAP® Roof sandwich board is a lapped roof sandwich board made of pressed steel plate as the upper and lower surface layer and rock wool core material bonded between the surface layer on a continuous production line. When the single-layer waterproof coil is laid on the reverse-mounted metal surface sandwich board as a whole, the first class waterproof structure is formed to meet the stringent water tightness and air tightness needs.

Make full use of the rigidity of the metal molding plate, have better anti-trampling performance, and set up additional layers (structures) such as lightning protection and walkways on the roof.
Excellent waterproofing
The first-level waterproof structure provides three fixing methods: point fixing, no perforation fixing and bonding method, forming a first-level waterproof roof system with both rigid and flexible and excellent thermal insulation.

The wave crest of the molded plate is filled with polyurethane rigid foam, which improves the thermal insulation and mechanical properties.
